Who we are
The controller is GEFIN ADVISORS INTERNATIONAL LTD, registered in England and Wales at 167-169 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5PF, United Kingdom. Its company number, and the public source that confirms every one of these values, are on the entity page.
What we collect
This site sets no cookies and loads nothing from a third party. It stores nothing in your browser and nothing about your visit reaches us.
If you write to us, we hold what you send: your name, your email address and the content of your message. Nothing else, and nothing you did not type.
Why we may hold it
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: answering an enquiry that you chose to send us, and keeping a record of that exchange. You can object at any time, and we will stop unless we are required to keep the record.
How long we keep it
24 months from our last contact with you. After that the correspondence is deleted from the group mailbox.
Who processes it
Titan Mail hosts the group mailbox and is our processor for the correspondence described above. We use no other processor for this site.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict what we do with it, or object to us holding it at all. Write to the group mailbox and we will answer within one month.
How to complain
Tell us first and we will try to put it right. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk — you do not need our agreement to do so.
